Vegan but hearty: more than a meat alternative

Both founders attach great importance to the stand-alone character of their products. These seitan-lupine creations are intended as far more than a mere substitute or an imitation of something else. They wanted to create the logical next step in the centuries-old tradition of vegan cuisine. That was what they had in mind when they created their seitan sausagesseitan mince and seitan fillet. All the products have a distinctive flavour like spring seitan with parsley pesto vegetable filling or winter seitan with fruit and nuts.
