Passalacqua was founded in 1948, with just one small roasting machine that roasted about 5kg of coffee every 20 minutes. This is how grandfather Samuele transformed the well-travelled coffee beans into a piece of his homeland. Today, the family company is in its fourth generation, and still cherishes traditional artisanal coffee production and Italian Dolce Vita just as much as ever.
