Ingredients

0.5 Pack(s) falafel
1 Handful cherry tomatoes
1 pc carrot
0.5 Head red endive
Some parsley
1 Handful hummus chips
0.5 pc lime
1 tb tahin
1 tb olive oil
0.3 ts salt & pepper

Preparation

1. Fry the falafel in some vegetable oil until golden brown.
2. Now it's time for the vegetables: grate a carrot into strips and chop the radicchio. Then, mix all the ingredients in a large salad bowl. You can quickly and easily prepare a delicious dressing using lemon, tahini, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Enjoy your meal
