chocolate syrup for garnishing

coconut fat
Preparation
1. Sift the flour with the baking powder, mix it with sugar and salt, and stir in the drink. Set the dough aside and melt the plant-based chocolate cream in a water bath.
2. Slice the peeled pineapple into rings. Fry the pancakes in a pan with coconut fat on both sides. Also, pan-fry the pineapple rings or press them into the pancake batter while cooking. Serve with chocolate syrup.
