roasted red pepper paste/ajvar

Preparation
1. Place the plant-based burger patties on a pre-heated grill and grill according to the package instructions.
2. Grill the burger buns until nicely toasted.
3. Place the onions on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes. Brush the bottom of the bun with red pepper paste and top with the patty, grilled onions, rocket leaves and Violife Greek White crumbs. Sprinkle with some dried oregano and place the upper half of the bun on top.
