Anne Menden‘s Moist Lemon Drizzle Cake

Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat.
2. Mix all the ingredients and pour into a loaf pan.
3. Bake the mixture for about 30 minutes.
4. Anne Menden’s tip for the icing: once the cake has cooled, make icing by mixing icing sugar and 3 to 4 tablespoons of lemon juice in a cup and pour it over the cake. Bon appétit!
