Majorcan almond tart

Ingredients

Ingredients:

200 g ground almonds
100 g chopped almonds
110 g brown sugar
1 Pack(s) baking powder
0.5 pc lemon, juice
0.5 pc organic orange, zest
1 Pinch(es) salt

In addition:

26 cm springform tin

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat.
2. Mix all the dry ingredients together. Gradually stir in the melted margarine, egg substitute, almond milk, lemon juice and orange zest until you have a smooth dough.
3. Grease the springform tin or line with baking paper and pour in the batter.
4. Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes and then leave to cool completely.
5. Dust with icing sugar and enjoy.
