Vegan Alternative to Vanilla Cheesecake

Ingredients

For the cake crust

100 g flour (spelt)
0.5 ts backing powder
25 g sugar
1 Pinch(es) salt
1 tb water

For the filling

50 g sugar
40 g margarine

Also

small spring form 18 cm
strawberries for topping (optional)

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) fan-forced. Place the ingredients for the crust in a bowl and knead them into a dough. Then, wrap it tightly and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. Slowly melt the remaining margarine in a saucepan over medium heat. Mix O'GURT GREEK STYLE VANILLA with the sugar and margarine. Whisk in the pudding powder until a smooth mixture forms.
3. Grease the springform pan thoroughly. Place the dough inside, evenly distribute it on the bottom, and create a 2 cm high edge. Pour the O'GURT mixture inside and smooth it out. Bake in the oven for about 60 minutes until golden brown. Take it out of the oven and let it cool off completely on a cooling rack.
