Potato and Pumpkin Vegetables with Super Grillers

Preparation
1. Wash the potatoes and cut them into 3 pieces each. Cut the pumpkin into pieces. Peel the garlic clove and shallot, and slice them.
2. Place all the ingredients in a baking dish. Mix olive oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, and smoked salt. Pour the mixture over the vegetables and stir everything. Sprinkle thyme on top.
3. Cover and bake for 40 to 50 minutes. Once the vegetables are cooked, roughly mash the potatoes.
4. Slice the Wheaty sausages lengthwise and sauté them in a pan with a bit of olive oil. Once they turn golden brown, deglaze with white wine. Let it evaporate. Do the same with the balsamic vinegar. Allow it to brown slightly, then serve it with the mashed potato and pumpkin mixture.
