Pistachio Tiramisu

Ingredients

50 g pistachio puree
100 ml oat drink
40 g powdered sugar
1 ts vanilla extract
2 ts instant coffee powder
360 ml hot water
20 g powdered sugar
100 g lady fingers
2 Handful pistachio nuts

Preparation

1. For the cream, mix the pistachio puree, oat drink, icing sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth. The liquid from the oat drink should be completely absorbed by the Streichzart Natur.
2. Mix the coffee powder, water and sugar in a shallow bowl. Finely chop the pistachios.
3. Pour 2 tablespoons of the cream into a casserole dish and spread. Dip the ladyfingers in the coffee and place them evenly side by side in the dish. Spread 4 tablespoons of the cream over the ladyfingers and sprinkle with a handful of chopped pistachios.
4. Repeat the process with another layer of ladyfingers. Cover with 4-5 tablespoons of cream (or the rest of the cream for a small serving) and sprinkle evenly with the remaining pistachios. Refrigerate for one hour.
