Vegan Berry Tiramisu

simple cookies
Some
berries of your choice (raspberries, currants, blackberries, blueberries)
Preparation
1. Crush a few cookies for the crunchy layers. In the bottom of two dessert glasses, evenly distribute a quarter of the cookie crumbs each.
2. A layer of berries such as currants, raspberries, or blueberries follows over the cookies.
3. Place a vegan alternative to mascarpone in a bowl and whisk until creamy. Next, add the mixture over the berries.
4. Place another layer of cookies on top, followed by another layer of berries and mascarpone.
