Preparation
1. Melt the chocolate coating in a water bath. Meanwhile, wash the cooked kidney beans and heat the coconut oil.
2. Mix all ingredients in a blender or puree to a uniform mass.
3. Pour the mixture into a baking tray and bake at 175 degrees for 20 minutes in a preheated oven.
4. Finally, pour the melted chocolate over the brownies and garnish it with a vegan alternative to chocolate lentils. After cooling down your brownies are ready! Enjoy your meal.
