Preparation
1. To prepare the sliced meat pan: chop the mushrooms and shallots, place in a raclette pan with the remaining ingredients and leave under the heat until the cheese alternative has melted.
2. To make the Brussels sprouts and bacon pan: chop the Brussels sprouts and shallots, place in a raclette pan with the remaining ingredients and leave under the heat until the cheese alternative has melted.
3. For the Thai curry shrimp pan: chop the vegetables, place in a raclette pan with the remaining ingredients and leave under the heat until the cheese alternative has melted.
4. For the pizza pan, cut the pizza dough to the size of the pan and place in the pan. Spread the tomato sauce on top and add the toppings of your choice. Season with salt, pepper and oregano, sprinkle with cheese alternative and leave under the heat until it has melted.
