Chicken-Style Vegan Tacos

Preparation
1. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters. Wash the scallions and chop them finely into rings.
2. If desired, cut the chicken-style chunks into smaller pieces, and prepare them according to the instructions on the packet with some oil in a pan. Fry on all sides.
3. Add the scallions, and cook them with everything else for around 3 minutes.
4. Now add the tomatoes, and cook them with everything else for around 1 minute. Stir in a little water and the Cholula sauce, season with salt and pepper, and leave everything to simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
5. In the meantime, wash the lettuce leaves, dry them, roll them up and cut into fine strips. Wash the cucumber and cut into fine slices.
6. Now fill each taco wrap with about 2 tbsp of the “chicken” mixture, lettuce and cucumbers, and sprinkle with grated cheese substitute.
7. Serve the tacos with Cholula Chipotle Hot Sauce or vegan guacamole.
