Chilli Con New-Meat*-Carne

Preparation
1. Pour the oil into a pan and heat over a medium-high heat. Sauté the onions and garlic until translucent. Add the Redefine mince, beef flavour, and stir well to separate any lumps. Fry for 9 minutes, stirring occasionally. Follow the cooking instructions on the label.
2. Add the paprika, Tabasco, cayenne pepper, chilli, salt and pepper. Mix everything well.
3. Add the paprika and tomato purée to the pan. Simmer for 3-5 minutes and stir.
4. Add the tomatoes and season with sugar to balance out the acidity of the tomatoes.
5. Shortly before the end of the cooking time, drain the beans and sweetcorn if tinned, rinse thoroughly and add to the vegetable mince mixture. Cook for a few minutes.
6. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
7. Serve the chilli sin carne in a deep plate or bowl with a crusty baguette, tortillas or nachos. Enjoy your meal!
