Vegan Alternative to Goulash

clove of garlic, finely diced

vegetable stock

tomato, chopped

pointed peppers, diced

large potato, cut into cubes

sugarcane molasses
Some
spices (paprika (sweet and/or smoked), pepper, marjoram)
Some
rock salt
Some
parsley, finely chopped

soyananda sour cream
Preparation
1. Precook or steam the potatoes.
2. Sauté onions in oil, add garlic. Add chopped tomatoes and bell pepper, then sauté for an additional 5 minutes.
3. Deglaze with vegetable broth and add potatoes, Dinki Goulash, tomato paste, and a little cane molasses. Let it simmer.
4. Season to taste and adjust with spices and rock salt if needed. (Note: Dinki Goulash already comes in a spice marinade!) Stir in parsley and serve hot. When serving, garnish with a tablespoon of Soyananda sour cream.
