Preparation
1. Mix vegan egg substitute with the oat milk. Stir in cornmeal, flour, salt, pepper, agave syrup, and baking powder. Heat oil in a pot to 170°C.
2. Meanwhile, halve the vegan sausages crosswise and thread them onto the skewers. Dip the vegan sausages in the batter, ensuring they are completely coated with the mixture while leaving the stick free.
3. Slowly slide the skewers into the oil and fry for 3 minutes until they are golden brown.
