Spaghetti Carbonara

Preparation
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the packet instructions until al dente.
2. Slice the garlic clove and rub into the pan.
3. Now heat the oil in the pan. Fry the diced bacon for 2–3 minutes. Deglaze with a small cup of pasta water and set aside.
4. Add the cream substitute, add the Parmesan substitute and reduce.
5. Mix the spaghetti with the sauce, some kala namak and pepper and serve sprinkled with the diced bacon and a few basil leaves.
