Pizza Margherita

Preparation
1. Preheat your oven to 180 °C.
Roll out pizza base and spread with tomato sauce. Cut the vegan mozzarella alternative into slices. Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
2. Top pizza with vegan mozzarella alternative and tomato halves and bake on the middle rack for 15-20 minutes.
Top with fresh basil.
