Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C top/bottom heat.
Peel the red onions and cut them into wedges. Wash the spring onions and chives, then slice them into small rings.

2. Unroll the flammkuchen dough with the parchment paper and cut it in the middle along with the parchment paper. Place both dough halves on separate baking sheets with the included parchment paper. Spread each dough with half of the vegan herb cream, leaving about 2-3 cm at the edges. Top with red onions, spring onions, and chives, then season with salt and pepper.
3. Bake in the preheated oven on the upper and lower racks for about 15-20 minutes until the edges are nicely crispy.
