Preparation
1. First, prepare the dough: Knead the flour in a bowl with soy drink, ½ tsp. salt, sugar, some pepper, and 2 tbsp. olive oil to a homogeneous mass. Then cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let the dough rest for about 1 ½ hours.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C, 30 minutes before the testing time ends.
2. In the meantime, you can wash the spinach, pat it dry and remove the stems. Then peel and dice the garlic.
Next, take the vegan alternative to sour cream and mix it in a bowl with the vegetable spread and some pepper.
3. Cut the vegan salmon alternative into fine slices.
Heat up the olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic. Add the spinach and let it - collapse - while stirring consistently and season it with salt and pepper and remove from the heat.
4. Now take the dough again and either roll it out completely to baking sheet size -- or form several portions from it, which you roll out round.
Next, take the vegan alternative to sour cream and mix it in a bowl with the vegetable spread and some pepper.
5. Place the rolled-out dough on a lined baking sheet and spread with the vegan sour cream mixture. Then evenly spread the slices of vegan salmon alternative and spinach on top and crumble a little vegan cheese alternative on top.
Then bake for 20 minutes and it's done!
