pesto (green or red pesto, depending on preference)
Some
vegan butter alternative
Preparation
1. Slice the mozzarella alternative and tomato thinly. Spread the pesto on the slices of bread and top with the vegan mozzarella slices and tomatoes.
2. Spread the surface of the grilled cheeses with vegan butter alternative.
3. Grill in a sandwich maker or in a heated pan until the sandwiches are nice and golden brown on the outside. "Easy peasy melty cheesy!”
