Kimchi sandwich with Provencal herb spread

soy sauce
Preparation
1. Slice the smoked tofu and fry in a little oil. When golden brown on both sides, deglaze with a little soy sauce.
2. Spread the bread with Simply V Luftig & Locker vegan spread, place the tofu slices on top and top with the kimchi.
3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, spring onions and coriander, top with sriracha mayo and "Simply" enjoy!
