Vegan Veggie Bagel

Handful
handfuls of rocket

radishes

cucumber
Preparation
1. Cut the bagels in half and toast them for extra crunch. In the meantime, finely slice the radishes and cucumber.
2. Now spread the Rettergut organic beetroot spread on both sides of the bagel and top each half with the radishes, cucumber slices and rocket.
3. Place the other half of the bagel on top, press down lightly and serve.
