Sticks Cheezy-Style Chili with pear ragout

packet of Vantastic Sticks Cheezy-Style Chili
For the stock:
the remaining juice from the pears

cornstarch

white vinegar

lemon juice

ginger powder

water

ml
olive oil
Optional:
young baby spinach leaves
Preparation
1. Separate the pears from the liquid and set the liquid aside. Slice the pear halves lengthwise down the middle and cut into 1cm cubes.
2. Toast the pumpkin seeds and walnuts in the oven at 180 degrees for 8 minutes.
3. Mix the tinned pear juice with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and mix with the lemon juice, white vinegar, ginger powder, salt, water and olive oil.
4. Bring the stock to the boil in a saucepan, remove from the heat and leave to cool.
5. Stir the pear cubes and pumpkin seeds into the thickened stock.
6. Optional das Birnen-Ragout mit Baby-Spinat vermengen und als Salat servieren.
7. Vantastic Sticks Cheezy-Style Chili nach Packungsanweisung zubereiten und mit dem Birnen-Ragout sowie optional dem Spinat-Salat reichen.
