Preparation
1. For the first sweet bites option, place the raspberries individually on a board covered with baking parchment and smoosh lightly with a fork.
2. Add a dollop of pistachio butter to the crushed fruit and put into the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
3. In the meantime, melt the chocolate alternative and roll the frozen bites in it, ensuring that every side is covered. Sprinkle with chopped pistachio and keep in the fridge prior to eating.
4. Use the same method for the other two flavours and enjoy.
