Preparation
1. Chop the onion finely and place it in a mixing bowl. Then finely chop the herbs and add them to the bowl. Season everything with olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and chili flakes.
2. In a pan, brown the vegan meatball alternative on all sides. This takes about 10 minutes.
3. Serve the vegan meatball alternative with the chimichurri sauce for dipping. Enjoy your meal!
