Full Vegetable Burritos

red bell pepper

Preparation
1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and sauté the vegan ground meat alternative according to the package instructions until browned on all sides.
2. Wash the bell pepper and cucumbers, slice them into strips, and set them aside. Place arugula, rice, vegan ground meat alternative, corn, bell pepper strips, and cucumber strips on the tortilla wraps. Fold from three sides and roll into a burrito.
3. For the sauce, mix the vegan mayonnaise alternative and chili sauce in a small bowl. Halve the burritos and serve them with the sauce.
