Mexican Burritos
Ingredients

tomato salsa
Some
spring onion

Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC. In the meantime, fry the mince alternative and finely chop the spring onion. When the mince alternative is almost cooked, add the HAK bean mixture and the sweetcorn. Stir regularly and let it simmer for a few more minutes.
2. In the meantime, spread the tortillas with some cream cheese alternative. Spread the mince mixture over the tortillas, fold them and place them in a baking dish. Spread the tomato salsa on the tortillas and sprinkle with a grated cheese alternative.
3. Place the casserole dish in the oven and bake the burritos for 10-12 min at 200ºC.
4. Slice the lime and place with the spring onions in bowls on the table.
