Ready to eat vegan alternative to feta cheese based on soy protein. Can be enjoyed hot or cold. An interesting variant of fermented tofu - The Philosopher Tofu reminds you of Feta and will soon find a regular place in your kitchen, e.g. in Greek salad, pasta salad, tomato salad or as a topping for bread.
Recipe idea: in Greek salad: cut tofu into cubes with tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and onions, salad dressing made from vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Since the mid-90s Lord of Tofu has been producing vegetarian specialities in Lörrach. Only organic soybeans are processed, thus promoting regional and GMO-free agriculture. The family business grew with a new discovery: Kombucha, the vital substance-rich "magic mushroom", makes their tofu not only particularly digestible, but also unmistakable in taste.
To make sure that Lord of Tofu products not only taste good but also do you good, they use only the very best ingredients:
