Most Wheaty products are based on seitan, a traditional Asian foodstuff developed by Buddhist monks as a substitute for meat many centuries ago. Wheaty sources its raw materials as regionally as possible and promises not to destroy any habitats in the process of obtaining them. The company also supports animal welfare, culturural and environmental initiatives and associated local events. It even uses green electricity in its production. Wheaty doesn't just do a lot of things well, it does them even better.

Storage advice: Keep refrigerated after opening.
Preparation: Heat in water at approx. 80°C for 8-10 minutes. Add salt to the cooking water if necessary.
