Preparation: In the microwave: Remove the plastic wrap and paper cases and place the dessert upside down on a heatproof plate. Heat in the microwave for 30-32 seconds (800W), leave to stand for 1 minute, then enjoy! | In the oven: Remove the plastic wrap and paper cases and place the dessert upside down on a baking tray. Bake for 8-9 minutes at 200°C, then enjoy!
