Dough: durum wheatsemolina*, water | filling (40%): vegetable melt* (49%: water, coconut oil*, potato starch*, salt, thickener: Agar Agar*), breadcrumbs* (wheat flour*, yeast*), water, sea salt, emulsifier: lecithins* (from soy*), leek*, pepper*.

Storage advice: Store in a dry place and protect from heat. Once opened, store in a cool place and consume soon.

Preparation: Cook the pasta in 2.5 litres of salted (1 teaspoon of salt per litre), gently simmering water for approx 12-15 minutes until al dente.
