D'Angelo Tortellini stuffed with porcini mushrooms
D'Angelo's pasta is produced exclusively by the so-called cold rolling process. Carefully processed in this way, the tortellini retain the nutrients and taste to the greatest possible extent. After cooking, the tortellini grow up to twice their size!
The pasta can also be kept outside the refrigerator and can therefore be stored uncooled for up to 12 months even without any preservatives.

Dough: durum wheat semolina*, water I Filling (26%): breadcrumbs* (wheat flour*, yeast*), potato flakes*, water, sunflower oil*, dried porcini mushrooms* (3.1%), sea salt, emulsifier: lecithins* (soy*), onions* (1%), garlic*, pepper*.

Storage advice: Store in a dry place and protect from heat. Once opened, store in a cool place and consume soon.

Preparation: Cook the pasta in 2.5 litres of salted (1 teaspoon of salt per litre), gently simmering water for approx 12-15 minutes until al dente.
