This delicious sauce brings you the full taste of a delicious Hollandaise sauce without any animal ingredients. It tastes great with asparagus, whether white, green or yellow, with vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower and potatoes and of course with vegan fish alternatives like our breaded vegan Vantastic Fish Fingers. There are also many other dishes you can enhance with vegan Hollandaise sauce - from pasta dishes to delicious gratins to asparagus pizza.
The vegan Hollandaise sauce from bedda is made with canola oil and will convince you with its fresh taste and creamy consistency. You can also store it wonderfully outside the refrigerator, because unopened it can be kept unrefrigerated. It is packed in a practical screw jar.

Ingredients: Water, rapeseed oil (40%), modified starch, sugar, iodized table salt (salt, potassium iodide), lemon juice, spirit vinegar, seasoning (hydrolyzed vegetable protein (corn), rapeseed oil), thickener: xanthan gum, cayenne pepper, flavoring, turmeric, coloring: paprika extract.
Allergy advice: May contain traces of sulfite.
Storage advice: Keep refrigerated after opening and consume quickly.
Preparation: Heat slowly in a saucepan while stirring or heat in the microwave in a suitable container at 600 watts for 1-2 minutes.
