On a mission for great taste

The name Sanchon comes from the founders’ favourite heroes: Don Quixote's squire Sancho Panza – and his donkey. A down-to-earth accomplice, he helps his knight share his values with the world. And Sanchon for its part, and in its own words, “tilts at the windmills of the industrial food industry” in defence of “true culinary delight”.
